A vibrant, lively and rapidly developing nation. India is a huge country with many contrasts of cosmopolitan modern cities, to slum communities living on the waste of the wealthy and villages without basic amenities like clean water and health care.
International Aid Trust became involved in ministry in India in 2008. Our Living Hope School and Little Buds School provide a good education for children from very disadvantaged homes, families are also supported through free ‘health camps’ and the Hands of Dorcas tailoring training for women. We support the training of pastors, who then go out to plant churches across 5 states, we also plant wells in some of the villages where our pastors are ministering. Despite persecution churches are growing as people come to know the life giving love of Jesus.
